  • Ingredients

    Brown Rice Flour*, Unrefined Cane Sugar*, Chocolate Chips* (Cocoa Mass*, Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*) (14%), Milled Flaxseed*, Baking Powder (Grape Juice Concentrate Extracts*, Cornstarch*, Sodium Bicarbonates). *-Certified Organic

  • How to Use

    Vegan recipe:

    1. 100g Dairy free spread
    2. 1 Large Ripe Banana (or 1 “Flax Egg”)
    3. Splash of Vanilla (Optional)

     

    How to make:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 c/400 f/ Gas Mark 6
    2. Elegantly throw all ingredients in a mixing bowl and get stuck in with a wooden spoon, mixing until smooth. Add a splash more water if it seems dry.
    3. Spoon the yummy mixture into silicone muffin cases, whilst singing about unicorns and fairies.
    4. Bake for 25-30 mins until beautifully brown on top.
    5. If you are responsible, please share with friends and family. If not, eat them all!

     

    Non-vegan recipe:

    1. 100g Butter/Dairy-free spread
    2. 1 Large Egg
    3. Splash of Vanilla (optional)
    4. 2 tbsp Water

     

    How to make:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 c/400 f/ Gas Mark 6
    2. Elegantly throw all ingredients in a mixing bowl and get stuck in with a wooden spoon, mixing until smooth.Shaking your hips whilst mixing might improve your mood.
    3. Spoon the yummy mixture into silicone muffin cases.
    4. Bake for 25-30 mins until beautifully brown on top.
